With nearly two decades of experience in firearms instruction, range operations, and weapons training, I bring a disciplined and professional approach to every course delivered through Groundpoint Training & Readiness (GtR). 

As a former Combat Arms Instructor with continued experience supporting high-level operational training environments, I have worked extensively with individuals across a wide range of skill levels—from first-time shooters to experienced professionals operating in demanding conditions.

My background includes firearms instruction, range safety and management, marksmanship development, ammunition accountability, weapons systems familiarization, curriculum delivery, and scenario-based training support. 

Throughout my career, I have operated in environments where safety, consistency, accountability, and performance were non-negotiable.

At GtR, the objective is not simply to teach firearms handling—it is to build confidence, competence, and readiness through structured, reality-based instruction. 

Every course is designed around strong fundamentals, clear communication, disciplined repetition, and practical application to ensure students leave with skills they can apply safely, responsibly, and effectively.
